I’ve had both, but not at the same time. They do sound different. The phase 90 has a chewier tone to it. The 100 seemed a little more subtle, and maybe slightly thinner on most settings. Its definitely a cool pedal, but I can see why the 90 has been more popular over the years-it actually warms up your tone as its sweeping.
