Celebrate. The Ragnar Relay Series is a series of long distance running relay races organized and orchestrated by Ragnar Events, LLC, which is based in Salt Lake City.

The First Ragnar race was located in Utah and is the Wasatch Back. Ragnar was a Norse Viking in the 9th Century. Dan and Tanner named the race after him because he was an adventure seeking, conquering, tough guy- Just like all of you 🙂 If anyone was wondering what our time was last year ( I was ! ) Here it is!
How much does it cost to do Ragnar?
The gear & fees The Ragnar fee was $130, and each of us paid $160 for hotels, two van rentals, matching T-shirts and team petty cash. This amount could vary based on where the Ragnar is located, the type of van, etc.
How long are the legs in Ragnar?
Each participant runs three times, with each leg ranging between 3-13 miles and varying in difficulty. Runners average about 17 total miles, with some of the shorter runner positions totaling 11 miles and some of the longer runner positions totaling 24 miles.
What does the name UBBE mean?

Many see Ragnar as the embodiment of Odin. Ragnar even claims to be a descendant of Odin’s. There are moments throughout the series where Ragnar recreates myths and stories about Odin. For example, he recreates the myth of Odin hanging himself from Yggdrasil for eternal wisdom.
Where is Ragnar trail going to be in Texas?
Ragnar Trail Texas is back and it’s some of the best trail running you will find in the Lone Star State. Teams of 8 will come together on October 15-16, 2021 and set up camp at Flat Rock Ranch, about an hour outside of San Antonio. It’s the perfect way to escape to the trails.

How many runners are on the Ragnar trail?
The classic Ragnar Trail experience – a full team of 8 runners conquering breathtaking (literally) trails and hanging at Ragnar Village. Sleep not included. For an even more challenging experience, four runners take on the whole course. So get ready for extra mileage, two servings of s’mores, and even less sleep.
