Why are fetchlands better than the original duals?
I think Fetches are actually the best lands ever printed — even to the point of being better than the original duals because of just how versatile Fetches are. You are correct, the simple fact is that both are X/60, but when effects take place the deck with fetchlands have 4 less of a card count.
