For Tier 4, definitely Lotus Elise. For tier 3 and 2, I don’t know, although the BMW M6 you get as pink slip is probably the best tier 2 car. Not sure about it, though (I used a Lotus Elise for a very long time, and bought a Pagani Zonda as soon as I could, so I’m not that good with cars of the middle tiers)
