What is inside a Jackery?
The Jackery Explorer 500 is a 518Wh lithium portable power station. It features 1* AC outlet (110V 500W 1000W peak), 3*USB-A ports, 2* DC ports, and 1*car port to run low to high power appliances, including a mini-fridge, air pump, and TV.

- Connect the Jackery Bar portable charger to a power source (such as a computer or power outlet) using the supplied Micro USB cable.
- The blinking LEDs on the front indicate that the power bank starts charging. When the battery is fully charged, all 3 LEDs stay solid blue.

Can you use Jackery while charging?
Yes, you can use Jackery while charging. The Jackery 1000 generator has a pass-through charger, which means you can run your items and top up the unit at the same time. This inverter generator has a handy input and output display so you can see how much power you are using and putting in at the same time.
How many times can you recharge a Jackery?
The reason is some devices tend to use more power than others do. Let us take an example of the Jackery Explorer 500. With this big guy, you can charge an iPhone 8 up to 50 times, while it can power a 32-inch TV for up to seven hours. You can also use it to power recharge your drone between 9 and 10 times.
Should you leave Jackery plugged in?
Keeping the Jackery plugged into your wall will mean that it’s always fully charged and ready for use. Jackery recommends that you discharge the Explorer 1000 every three months to keep the batteries in good shape. You can use two panels to cut the charge time to eight hours, depending on the amount of sunlight.
How long does it take to charge Jackery bar battery?
By using a regular computer USB 2.0 port, the charging cycle can take up to 12 hours. The small button below the blue LEDs can be pressed to check the battery status. They will automatically turn off again after 10 seconds. 3 LEDs solid blue: Battery has 66% to 100% capacity.
