What is AirTies AirTouch?
AirTouch removes the complications and time required to configure the wireless network settings. The AirTouch one touch setup is easy, secure and automatic. With AirTouch it is also very easy and secure to extend the coverage of the wireless network by adding other AirTies devices and creating a MESH wireless network.
Is AirTies 4920 a router?
Like the Velop, each AirTies 4920 node has two Gigabit Ethernet ports. Simply plug one of the units to your existing router or Internet-ready Ethernet port and place the second unit within range and the two will begin the setup process.
How do I access my AirTies modem?
In the Address bar enter 192.168. 2.1, the default IP address of your modem, and press Enter. This will launch the web interface of your AirTies RT-205 modem.
Is AirTies a mesh network?
Mesh Network: Multiple Access Points Ensure Coverage An AirTies home pack contains three such devices, already set up in a mesh network with each other. This mesh network allows the devices to act as one for you as a user, while spreading coverage throughout your home and distributing wireless data traffic.
Why do AirTies blink green?
If the Wi-Fi extender has blinking green lights, it likely hasn’t synced with your gateway. To remedy this, please place the device close to your gateway and press the WPS button on the front of your Wi-Fi gateway then the WPS button on the extender.
How do I connect AirTies to my router?
On the Air 4920: Hold the WPS button on the front of the device for 2 seconds. The device will now connect to the router and copy its network name/SSID and password from the 5 Ghz network. After pairing, wait for about 30 seconds for both the router and the repeater to come online.
How do I log into my Air 4920?
Open a web browser. Type “http://air4920.local” in the address bar (or “http://air4930.local” if this is the model you have). Log in (the default password is blank) and navigate to “Quick Setup” in the menu on the left-hand side. Follow the onscreen instructions to change your wireless network name (SSID) and password.
How many devices can connect to AirTies?

How many devices can one access point support? One AirTies 4920/4930 access point can support up to 250 devices. There is however a practical limitation in that all devices on a single access point share the capacity.
Why are devices not connecting to Extender?
If your Wi-Fi extender cannot connect to the Wi-Fi router, then you need to reset your extender. You will need to identify your Wi-Fi router’s IP address to change the settings of your extender and router. Try to reboot your router and extender and rescan it again.
How do I know if my AirTies are working?

How do I know if my repeater is working?
Launch a web browser, visit http://tplinkrepeater.net or http://192.168.0.254 and log in with the password you set for the extender. 2. Go to Settings > Status to check the internet status of your extender. If everything is OK as shown below, your extender is successfully connected to your router.
