Vienna is a fairly sleep-friendly airport. Staff seem to be tolerant of overnighters and there are plenty of armrest-free benches or couches to choose from. Specifically, past-sleepers have recommended the couches at T3’s F Gates (F30 and F27 specifically) and reclining chairs at the B Gates in T1.
