Is Fajardo Bio Bay worth it?
It is worth it. We went on a motorized boat tour over the kayak tours due to traveling with extended family (grandparents) and a small child. We also went 4 days from full moon and after a rain (all things that dim the glowing of the bay) and it was still worth it.
