Boon Chapman is the WORST insurance I have ever had. They keep telling me that they paid the “commercial amount” which is a fraction of the costs from my surgery. According to their EOB, it shows that I owe hundreds of thousands of dollars when my doctor and facility were both IN NETWORK.
