How good is Ezdrummer 2?

Is Ezdrummer worth?
The quality of the toontrack sample libraries and the flexibility the software provide make it worth the price. – in my opinion. I don’t have any add on packs but the default kits and grooves do not disappoint and have never left me wanting more.

ezdrums sound great solo as do addictive drums, but when I need to put drums into a mix i am always severely disappointed with how they sound and instantly go to steven slate drums which sit perfectly every time. I’ve got slate 4, trigger and ez drummer 2 with a handful of expansions. Ez is best for writing hands down.
