Loup of Fintry is a nice waterfall east of Fintry (along road B818), not far from Glasgow, in Scotland. From Fintry you have to drive east to the Carron valley reservoir. On the way you see a sign/pat that leads to the Loup of Fintry waterfall, but you can’t park the car here.

Carron Valley is on the south side of the B818 between Denny and Fintry. The main car park is at the east end of Carron Valley Reservoir. There is also a small parking area at Todholes at the west end of the reservoir.

Yeah there is a small free car park just a short walk from the falls. It’s well sign posted can’t miss it. Yes, the falls are at least a 90 min drive from Stirling. They are 5 miles south of Crianlarich on A82.

Carron Valley, North Third, Little Denny and Drumbowie are likely to experience higher activity. Anyone caught in this current will be pulled under and will drown. It is not worth the risk.
