Your barcode is located on the key fob you use to access the Club each time you visit. Your Membership number is located on your original Membership Agreement copy.

Can I still freeze my GoodLife membership?
You may request to freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of up to 4 months per calendar year. While your membership is on freeze, payments related to this subscription will be reduced to $XX and then will continue on your current payment schedule.
Do you have to wear a mask at GoodLife?
Our masking requirements are based on localized government and public health regulations; however, we encourage everyone in our Clubs to wear a mask as much as possible. Your safety is our priority. GoodLife has implemented a number of safety measures within our Clubs to ensure just that.
How do I renew my GoodLife membership?
If you pay in full for your membership, an email will be sent to the personal email you used upon enrollment. You’ll receive this email 35 days prior to your expiry date, provided you have not unsubscribed to GoodLife emails. When you receive this email, please visit https://corporate.goodlifefitness.com to renew.
How much does it cost to cancel a GoodLife membership?
The cancellation fee, if more than 6 months remaining on the Minimum Term of the Agreement, is $245 and, if there is less than 6 months remaining on the Minimum Term of the Agreement, is $195 or the amount of the future membership fees payable – whichever is the lesser.
