Does Printful have a return policy?
Printful only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. But it’s up to you how you want to approach this—refund the customer or not. If you want to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, you’ll be responsible for the fulfillment and shipping costs.
