Can you return items to Evo?
Every item we sell is covered by our 366 day return policy. If your new, unused* item doesn’t work out, you have 366 days to return or exchange it. Simple. *All items must be returned in the condition in which they were recieved, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
How long does an Evo return take?
Once we have received the return and our team has verified it meets our return guidelines, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Can you return worn items?
If you go over the fact with an elaborate story, they might just want to look at the item a little closer. You can return a worn item if it is faulty… this is part of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act (valid for items bought after October 2015).
Can you swap item without receipt?
What if I don’t have the receipt? If you can’t get hold of the receipt and you’re taking an item back simply because you don’t like it, the retailer is under no legal obligation to give you a refund – but the retailer may offer you an exchange or a credit note.
Does Burton have free returns?
Return Policy You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This period is extended to 90 days from November through February. You can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
Can you return skis?

Do I need my card to return something?
No, but you must have proof of purchase, which can be the credit card you used to purchase the item or the packing slip, for a full return.
How do I return a Burton order?
To request an exchange, please call our Burton Guides team at 1-877-313-1977. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
What is Burton’s return policy?
Merchandise can be returned in any Burton store with a receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags on (not worn or used, wet or damaged). Returns will be returned at the same price as originally purchased and tender given back the same way as orginally purchased.
