Yes. For travelers making last minute plans, same-day tickets are generally available, depending upon availability. You can purchase a same day airline ticket either online (can be difficult sometimes), over the phone with the airline or travel agent, or at the airport.

If you have lost the confirmation number for your flight and do not have a confirmation number, you can confirm your flight by calling the airline reservations department directly. The representative will locate your reservation using your name and departure city and date.
Will United refund if price drops?
If you notice that the price drop happened within 30 days of booking the ticket then you can contact United Airlines for the refund credit. Further, the price drop amount is applicable for any kind of fare or ticket whether refundable or non-refundable.
How do I book an urgent flight?
You can book flight tickets two hours before departure. At times if you’re not able to make an online booking, you can buy tickets at the airport’s reservation counter. Few airlines can even make bookings one hour before departure if a person is facing a serious emergency and cannot miss the trip at any cost.
