Are Swarovski rhinestones being discontinued?
As of November 2021, there will no longer be newly produced Swarovski crystal components (i.e. rhinestones, trims and Crystalpixie) available for our customers (dance, costuming, DIY and nail art customers) to purchase.

Are Swarovski rhinestones real?
Yes they are real. They are real lead glass. Swarovski crystals are non-precious lead glass meaning that the intrinsic value of the material is not very high. They do have a valuable brand name, however, which causes them to have higher prices compared to other crystal suppliers.
Can you still buy Swarovski crystals?
We have confirmed that Swarovski is making changes to their internal structure and will limit the sale of Swarovski crystals to select luxury branding partners. Dreamtime Creations will continue to purchase and sell Swarovski crystals through September of 2021.

A gross is a dozen dozens, or 144 pieces, whether you’re quantifying rhinestones, shoe boxes or bolts of fabric.
