Corto Olive is owned by the Cortopassi family. Our other company offers the highest quality, most consistent Fresh Packed canned tomato products for restaurateurs in the US and Canada – Stanislaus! Our family has made olive oil for seven generations, first in Lucca, Italy, and now in California.
Where is Corto Olive oil from?
California
Corto olives are grown in the Central Valley of California. Our olive trees are all located not far from our mill so they can be quickly processed after harvesting, capturing that fresh olive flavor. We thank you for your support of our oil and hope you continue to enjoy it!
Is Corto Olive oil COOC?
I’ve tried several others during that time, including a few that were more expensive, and Corto is one of my favorites. It is certified extra virgin by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC), which you can see on their website.
Is Trader Joe’s olive oil fake?
