Is the Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion worth the money?

They’re basically official mods made by Bethesda, but are certainly enjoyable enough to warrent the expense. it is worth the money, besides there’s tons of mods for this game! i bought this game after i played skyrim, i must say i am obsessed with this game. The Steam Summer Sale in July usually has those games for 75% off if you can wait.

Is the deluxe edition the same as the GotY?

Would the deluxe edition replace the goty, show as a separate entry in the library or not work at all since steam assumes that all versions are the same and thinks that I have the game? Deluxe, $5 more and you get everything they released for it. Does it play ok on windows7 64bit systems?
