IS HAY FESTIVAL TAKING PLACE IN 2021? Yes. Hay Festival Wales will take place 26 May-6 June 2021, broadcasting more than 200 of the world’s greatest writers, thinkers and performers live from Hay-on-Wye in a free online extravaganza.
