AT in the U.S. renamed it Calendar but it’s still S Planner. If it’s completely missing it might be a regional thing. Use an app like Shortcut Maker and see if you can find it in your phone’s apps and activities. It may be there but hidden and you can use a shortcut to you make to launch it.
