What professions can certify documents?
Copies of documents can be certified by one of the following people:
- Accountant.
- Armed forces officer.
- Bank/building society official.
- Commissioner of Oaths.
- Councillor (local or county)
- FCA regulated person (identified using the FCA authorised persons lists)
