How trustworthy is Ultrasabers?
My experiences with Ultrasabers customer service have always been good. I have had nothing but good experiences with Ultrasabers customer service as well as their products. I was contacted by their customer service, through email, 2 days after my recent order of 3 sabers placed on March 28th, 2021.
How long does Ultrasabers take to process 2020?
Due to high volume, our sabers currently have a 3-4 week lead time (15-20 Business days), but any Ultrasaber’s customer knows we nearly never take that long.
How difficult are Ultrasabers?
Ultrasabers are in any configuration (sound, no sound, Emerald, Emerald and sound) second to none when it comes to durability and dueling capability. The components sit tightly inside the hilt, the wiring is very professional, and the T6 aluminim is very resistant.
Do Ultrasabers break easily?
Unlike some cheap sabers you may find on the Internet, our sabers do not use easily damaged LED strings to light up the blade. Instead, our sabers’ light source is in the hilt. That means you can flail away with your UltraSabers blade without fear of harming its ability to remain properly illuminated.
Why are Ultrasabers bad?
Unlike many other saber companies, Ultrasabers does not use a protective chassis on the side to prevent the wires, battery pack, and LED module from rattling around (i.e. saber rattle). Over time, loose internal components of the saber may wear down or break due to the lack of protection.
How long do UltraSaber batteries last?
Keep on keeping on. That’s pretty typical with all of my sabers; regardless of make. Sometimes it seems like I can push a Diamond-equipped UltraSaber to 40 minutes, and sometimes I get as little as 20 minutes from one of my neopixel sabers, but 30 minutes seems to be the average for me.
Does Ultrasabers refund?
Ultra Sabers offers a 3 day return policy. If you do not like the product, you may return it. This only applies if the product is still in brand new condition. All returns are issued as store credit.

Are Ultrasabers heavy?
Ultrasabers Heavy Grade Blades are designs for heavy dueling and they’re designed to take a beating. Heavy Grade blades are drastically heavier than Midgrade Blades. My 36 inch Ultrasabers Ultraedge Heavy Grade Blade weighs 10.7 ounces and my Ultrasabers Ultraedge Midgrade Blade weighs only 6.4 ounces.
What is the diameter of Ultrasabers blade?
