What is science and technical information 43101?
NI 43-101 is a rule that governs how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about mineral projects to the public. It covers oral statements as well as written documents and websites. Issuers are required to make disclosure of reserves and resources using definitions approved by the CIM, except for coal.
What is a JORC report?
