Can I play Sky on multiple devices?
From mobile to mobile: To play or transfer your Sky account to another device, you will need to first make sure it is linked to the account depending on which platform you would like to keep playing. See “How to save my progress…” FAQs for more information.
Is Sky available on Android?
Today, we can confirmed that Sky: Children of the Light is now available for players on Android! It’s a free-to-play game, with some in-app purchases that allow you to customize your character in different ways.
Can I share my Sky account?
Now TV customers can now register up to six devices. You can change a registered device three times per calendar month, and watch two devices at any one time. Sky TV customers using the Sky Go, Sky Cinema, Sky Q and Sky Sports apps can also register six devices.

How do I transfer my Sky account to another person?

- Go to My Sky and sign in with your Sky iD.
- Select My Details. from the dropdown at the top right.
- Select Edit under the information the customer wants to change.

How do I download Sky Go on my Android TV?
Download the Sky Go APK file and save to your Google Drive or Dropbox. Open ES File Explorer > Network > Cloud > New > Find the APK File location (Google Drive or Dropbox). Download, then install the APK File. The Sky Go app should now be downloaded and installed on your Android TV.
How do I get Sky Go on my phone?

Do you need a Sky ID to use the Sky app?
Please see the Help section of the app for more details. In order to Record and Download programmes to your Sky+HD box you will need to register your Sky iD with the service at sky.com/remoterecord and simply follow the instructions. Smart Series Link and photo viewing are only available to customers with a compatible Sky+HD box.
How many devices can you add to Sky Go?
You can add up to six devices and any new device will be automatically added the first time you sign into the Sky Go app with your Sky iD. If you’re away from home, you’ll be asked to sign in with your Sky iD the first time you try to watch live TV or an On Demand show, or if you try to download a show to your Sky box or device.
What kind of data is stored on Sky Go?
Cookies, device identifiers, or other information can be stored or accessed on your device for the purposes presented to you. Ads and content can be personalised based on a profile. More data can be added to better personalise ads and content. Ad and content performance can be measured.
How can I remove a device from Sky Go?
You can view or remove a device through the Sky Go app or on Sky.com Open the Sky Go app on your mobile or tablet device. Go to Settings and then Manage your devices. This page will show all of your active devices. To remove a device, choose the one you want to get rid of and select Remove this device.
