Is Thorpe Park packed?
Every day in the summer is busy, leading to queues of up to 4 hours per ride. Visit the park during the week if possible. The best days to go are Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, as on these days the queues are up to four times shorter since most people are in school or at work.
Does Thorpe Park accept Paypal?
If you have paid by Paypal, we will require the proof of the payment transaction to be brought along with Photo ID. For younger guests who are unable to bring the payment card, we will accept a photo of the front and back of the card along with the letter of authorisation and some form of ID with the guest’s name on.

Where are the changing places at Thorpe Park?
All toilets across the Resort have access for guests with wheelchairs or additional needs and can be found on the Thorpe Park App We are also proud to have ‘Changing Places’ on the Theme Park located in The Dome.
Can a person in a wheelchair go to Thorpe Park?
We offer a Ride Access Pass to guests who may find it difficult or cannot stand for long periods of time either due to a physical disability or a learning/emotional impairment. All toilets across the Resort have access for guests with wheelchairs or additional needs and can be found on the Thorpe Park App
What are the safety measures at Thorpe Park?
We continue to have additional hygiene and safety measures in place throughout our Resort, including enhanced cleaning, hand sanitiser, increased ventilation and some suggested social distancing markers.
